Father Andy from St Peter and Paul’s church is a friend to Normanhurst School and paid a visit on Monday 8 May to share some thoughts, stories and prayers. He talked about what we believe is true and evidence of truth. He discussed the meaning of Easter and why Christians celebrate, he explained that although Easter is over the church is still celebrating in many different ways.
Father Andy then asked how many people believed that people can rise from the dead? The answers and questions from the children were very interesting and thought provoking, demonstrating the enquiring minds of our pupils.
