On Thursday 7 December, Reception to Year 6 travelled to the Millfield Theatre in Edmonton to see ‘Jack and The Beanstalk’. As always, the children enjoyed the slapstick humour and joined in with all the opportunities for audience participation.
Timothy, in Year 5, gives his opinion of the show. “The trip to the pantomime was fantastic because it was interesting and entertaining. It was really funny and as soon as it started I got really into it because it was my first pantomime at Normanhurst. The best bit was when they threw the sweets and when Jack cut down the beanstalk and the giant fell off the beanstalk. Unfortunately I didn’t catch any sweets but it was really good.”
