In Science Year 5 have been learning to use Classification. The children worked in small groups to classify animals and then moved onto using a Carroll Diagram to classify them in different ways. In this lesson they learnt that you do not just have to classify animals according to their species, there are hundreds of different ways that could be taken into consideration.
