Year 5 created PowerPoint presentations over the Easter holiday’s on ‘Famous Rivers’. Each pupil chose their own river and used their research to create slides. All the presentations were very well put together, using transitions, animations, pictures, word art and videos, some even had sound!
Each of the pupils had to present their research to the class. Some of the rivers that we heard about included the Nile, Thames, Jordan, Berg, Mississippi, Tagus, Zambezi and the Amazon. All the children were very prepared and took and a lot of time and attention to produce some great pieces of work. Miss Stone was very impressed with the standard of work produced. Well done Year 5!
