Year 3 and 4 made the last of the warm weather by taking a trip to Weald Country Park. It was a beautiful day, and the children were all eager to explore their new surroundings. Throughout the day they took part in a range of fun activities and games led by a member of the park’s Outdoor Learning Team. In keeping with their History Topic of the Stone Age, they learnt how to build a home using the natural environment, learnt about the history of fire lighting, played team games to enhance communication and used elements of nature to create art!
