The Kindergarten children had great fun learning all about Chinese New Year. We set the home corner up as a Chinese restaurant. The children played with toy Chinese food such as sushi and dumplings, with some of the children even having a go at using chopsticks. There was also special Chinese clothing that the children could dress up in.
