On Wednesday last week, families were invited to take part in a Science competition after school as part of British Science Week. Each family that took part brought in their own supplies for the competition which consisted of marshmallows, spaghetti, tape and some string, and then were given 20 minutes to build the tallest tower possible out of these items that could support a tennis ball.
It was great fun, and in the end we had winners for the tallest tower, the best constructed tower, the most creative tower and then even a prize for the messiest table! Well done to everyone who took part, it was a very tricky challenge!
