Year 2 have recently been learning about Keith Haring, an American artist who uses lots of bright colours and solid shapes in his art. The children began by learning about his life and recreating his work; they then completed some really exciting work with the Reception children where they drew around them and then painted them in the style of Keith Haring. The children chose bright colours and painted in groups to produce the final pieces of artwork. Everyone had great fun working together and collaborating with Reception.
