On Thursday 27 June all of Year 2 went to the Peter May Centre for a day full of sport. We joined eleven other schools and were divided into eighteen teams. There were over 500 children attending the games. Once the teams had been organised we did a fun warm up and then we were off to our first activity.
The children we able to experience lots of different sports such as lacrosse and archery. Each activity was led by Year 5 and Year 6 pupils from schools across Waltham Forest. It was a really great day; we had fabulous weather and we look forward to joining the games again next year!
