Year 2 went to Pizza Express to learn all about how they make their pizzas. They learnt about how they make the dough rise, the special recipe tomato sauce they use, and the tasty mozzarella to top their pizza. Each child had the opportunity to make their own, which included shaping the dough, spreading the sauce and then sprinkling on the cheese. Everyone also received their own certificate as they became a ‘Junior Pizzaiolo’.
Olivia said “I loved the pizza because I put extra cheese on mine!”
