Years 2 and 3 joined together to create a variety of animals in Art. The children were put into mixed groups with children they would not usually have the opportunity to work with.
Each animal had a different theme to it. One group created a Pop Art cat, another used Kandinksy’s concentric circles as the basis for their animal, the third based their work on the ‘Delft’ style of art, whilst the last group focused on the work of famous Dutch artist, Piet Mondrian.
The children all worked hard to create some beautiful animals.
