Year 2 have been learning about the butterfly life-cycle in their Science lessons. They created their own version of the life-cycle using different pasta shapes to represent each stage. The children then created their own butterfly art, including a stained-glass butterfly and a butterfly created by symmetrical painting. Both classes have really enjoyed learning about this topic, and are looking forward continuing their learning about different animals habitats.
