Just before their TATE Modern visit Year 6 experimented with using water pencils and the different techniques involved with this. They tried hard to get the right shade of colours by using the right amount of water and density of pencils on paper. We had some interesting work as the outcome! We will visit Tate Modern next week to see examples of different styles and bring many ideas back to our classroom.
