The annual borough quicksticks hockey is a chance for us to showcase our skills against all of the other schools in Waltham Forest and this year we took 2 teams to Ive Farm in Leyton for the event. Our A team won all 5 of their group games, scoring 18 goals and conceding 0 in the process, an excellent achievement! Our B team won their first game 4-0 and eventually finished their group with 1 win, 1 draw and 2 losses. Our A team finished top of their group and went through to the Quarter Finals where we came up against an extremely strong Greenleaf side. This match up was a game worthy of being the final itself but unfortunately we were edged out by 5 goals to 2. However, to come in the top 8 schools in the Borough is still a huge achievement so well done to all who participated!
