Year 5 have had a Christmas Theme for their Art lessons this half term. They have been widening their art skill set through a variety of lessons to create some lovely Christmas items. Over the past few weeks, they have used 3D models to create snowmen, used Hamma Beads to create Christmas patterns and characters, created Christmas Trees and Holly Wreaths using hand painting, learnt about and made their own Christingles and used collaging to create Christmas cards for their friends and family. They certainly have been busy and are in a very Christmassy mood as we approach the end of term.
