On Friday 22nd April, the Junior students spent some time learning about the history of Earth Day and what it aims to promote. The children then had the chance to consider ways that they can help protect the planet, writing pledges and promises about how they will change their actions moving forward. They are looking forward to discussing more about this next week during Humanities Week which is all about Sustainability.
