The children in Kindergarten spent the afternoon learning about colour mixing, they chose their colours and mixed them on their hands to make new ones. It was great fun trying to guess what the new colour would be. The activity came to an end with everyone mixing their colours on the table top and using this to draw beautiful pictures.
The hot weather has made being in the Early Years garden even more fun! Yesterday the children made rainbows with the hosepipe, they were all fascinated at how the rainbow appeared right in front of them. Everyone then enjoyed cooling down with a little bit of water play.
